Liaison & Rhythm
Master the connected speech patterns that make French flow naturally.
- Starts March 18

Practical workshops designed around real dialogue, immediate feedback, and the kind of spontaneous exchange that actually happens when you speak French beyond the textbook.
We run four distinct tracks throughout the year, each built around a specific slice of conversational French. Some focus on pronunciation patterns that trip up English speakers. Others dig into idiomatic structures that make your speech sound less translated and more natural. A few explore slang, register shifts, and the subtle cues native speakers use to signal tone.
Every session runs for six weeks with two live meetings per week. You'll work through scripted dialogues, respond to prompts without preparation, and practice the kind of messy, real-time thinking that builds actual fluency. Between sessions, you'll record short voice notes, transcribe snippets of French media, and analyze how native speakers handle interruptions, hesitations, and topic changes.
Enrollment opens twice a year — once in late winter and again in early autumn. Spots fill quickly because we cap each cohort at eighteen participants to keep the conversational space manageable. Below you'll find the current schedule, including which workshops have availability and which are already at capacity.
